                        Out of network for any insurance.
 
Uninsured Clients: we can take uninsured clients in the state of Maryland if
  a) they are on Maryland Pharmacy Assistance Program, or
  b) they have low-incomes and a valid social security number and meet any of the
      following criteria:
       -having been released from a psychiatric hospital in the last three months
       -having been released from jail in the last three months
       -having been treated in the public mental health system in the last two years
       -being homeless
