Group Therapy

Engaging in group therapy is a great way to compliment your treatment plan and can offer emotional support and therapeutic healing in community. There are so many benefits to group therapy. In addition to offering a chance for validation and interpersonal connection, groups are a great way of helping clients put into practice the skills they have learned in individual therapy.

Vesta offers group therapy at our various locations throughout the State, in conjunction with our therapy and day program services. If you are interested in joining a group, please consult with your therapist about locations and availability.
